Gong Master, Tibetan Healing Bowl Massage Specialist, Masseuse, Aromatherapist (Member of the Latvian Aromatherapist Association), Social Pedagogue, Mg. General Quality Management, Master of Neurolinguistic Programming, BOWTECH® Practitioner (Member of the Bowen Association), Jun Yuan Qigong Master Practitioner.
One of my guiding life principles is simple yet profound: Do what brings you joy! And if that’s not possible, find joy in what you do. (Indian Proverb)
I hold a deep conviction that we are the architects of our own lives and experiences.
My personal bequest is this: Let’s shape our lives to feel like a magnificent adventure!
My greatest passion lies in Tibetan healing bowls and Gongs, instruments of ancient wisdom that fill my heart with immense happiness. I feel blessed to have these extraordinary tools in my life, allowing me to create profound experiences of healing and transformation.
Alongside sound healing, another beautiful ally in my journey toward enhancing well-being is BOWTECH® and Jun Yuan Qigong. These body-centered approaches provide the body with the gentle nudge it needs to initiate its own healing—on physical, mental, and emotional levels.
Through these therapeutic techniques, individuals are able to tap into their deeper selves and release the subconscious blocks that hinder their path to true well-being.

Joyful at heart, I am a second-generation Gong Master, GonguMeditācija.lv PR & IT, photographer, and veterinary nurse. My passion for sound and healing began early, growing under the guidance of my family, and continues to shape my journey as I share these ancient traditions with others.
In life, I am guided by the principle: This world is beautiful, for it brings joy! Seek it, find it, and experience it! This belief is woven into every Gong session I lead, where I aim to create a space of harmony and inner peace.
Every day, I hold close a simple prayer: I am you, you are I, we are one! It reminds me of the unity we share with the universe and each other, a perspective that I infuse into my practice, helping participants reconnect with themselves and the world around them.
My conviction is that good always prevails.
Beyond the studio, I find great happiness in nature, especially in the mountains, where I feel the most connected to the rhythms of life. Whether I’m offering Gong meditations or caring for animals as a veterinary nurse, my goal is always the same: to help others and bring positive change to the world around me.
While young, I stand with confidence as a Gong Master, grateful for the wisdom I've inherited and passionate about sharing it with others. In everything I do, I aim to make a meaningful difference, guiding others toward peace, healing, and joy.
